At Zodiac (a Fluidra brand) we are committed to providing products of the highest quality, so the satisfaction of our customers with our products is our top priority. Despite our rigorous quality control processes, recently, we have been reported some cases of the battery blocks not performing as expected of the following automatic robotic cleaners:

Based on our investigations and analysis, the failure can lead to water intrusion into the battery block which together with other external factors can cause electronic overheating of the battery block.

Fluidra requests all distributors to check whether their automatic robotic cleaners are affected by this voluntary safety measure.
