The Zodiac Guarantee
Zodiac guarantees optimum quality products.
We contractually guarantee the correct operation of all new Zodiac products installed and commissioned by a professional installer for a period of two or three years, depending on the products, commencing from the delivery date to the end user.
Special cases :
Heat Pump and Dehumidifier ranges
Our guarantee is not valid where installation has been by a non professional.
This guarantee is extended :
- to three years for all new Products commissioned by an approved service station subject to a maintenance contract between a Zodiac approved station and the user,
- life long guarantee for all titanium components.
Salt water chlorinator ranges
all the Zodiac salt water chlorinators have a total and unconditional guarantee, for two or three years depending on the models. Whatever the cause of deterioration, the control box and the cell will either be repaired or replaced during the 24 months following your purchase.
In order to benefit from the guarantee you must provide proof of purchase in the form of an to your retailer or to an approved repair point.
