The Portal is intended to give information on personal data to its users. The information that appears on it may not be used for commercial purposes, not even partially, without the prior written consent of FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL.

FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL prohibits any conduct that is contrary to the laws in force regarding the documentation/contents that may be downloaded from the Portal. More specifically, contents such as product catalogs and price lists, among others, may not be altered or used for other purposes.

In its continued desire to enhance the quality of its products, FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL reserves the right to change or remove any information on this Portal without prior warning. You are hereby informed that:

The Portal, the information and functionalities on it comply with the legal regulations in force. However, the use you make of them is at your own risk. Under no circumstances may FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL be held liable for the accuracy, commercial value, quality or veracity of the information posted on the Portal or that is available on it.

 

Furthermore, FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL is unable to provide any safeguards that the server that makes it possible to access the Portal is protected from any viruses that can cause damage to, infect or destroy your PC or any other device when you access this Portal, when you download a document or use any other functionality of the Portal.

 

In compliance with the law, FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, whether accidental or not, as a result of the proper or improper use of the Portal. Likewise, FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL may not under any circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by errors or omissions that may emerge on this Portal, in respect of the information and functionalities found on it.

 

FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL reserves the right to modify, add to or remove all or part of the content or functionalities on the Portal at any time without prior warning, whereby FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL may be compromised or held liable by users to the Portal. FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL reserves the right to disable or block access to the Portal by in the event that you breach this disclaimer, third-party rights or the laws in force.

 

In order to be able to access the functionalities on the Portal, you must register on it, following which FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL shall grant you an end-user license, free of charge, to use the content and functionalities available on the Portal in accordance with their intended uses and, specifically, in accordance with the provisions herein and/or the laws in force.

 

In line with the foregoing, user data obtained from subscriptions and registrations are protected by passwords. You undertake to keep your password secret and to protect it from unauthorized third-party use. Users must notify FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any security violation in relation to the Portal about which they may become aware.

FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL is not liable to users whose personal data are disclosed to third parties by any means that cannot be directly attributed to FLUIDRA or for the use of such data by third parties other than FLUIDRA COMMERCIAL.

 

The license of use for the Portal is restricted to the territorial scope of the EU, so although a user may access the Portal from outside of the EU, its use is only authorized in the EU.
